At Poplar Street Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that every child feels valued, included and supported to achieve their potential. We recognise that children learn in different ways and may need additional support at various points in their education.
Through high-quality teaching, carefully planned adaptations and close partnership with parents and carers, we work to identify and meet pupils’ individual needs as early as possible. We follow a graduated approach of Assess, Plan, Do, Review and regularly monitor progress to ensure that support remains effective and responsive.
We believe that parents and carers are key partners in their child’s education and encourage open communication at every stage.
